So mashed potatoes are the big favorite for thanksgiving dinner and sweet potatoes are the least favorite. interesting how they are both potatoes yet they are sooooooooo different. mashed potatoes are my favorite item with green bean casserole close behind. No one picked the nap afterwards which i thought was funny because turkey has tritophan (sp?) in it and it makes you sleepy. i'm always super tired after thanksgiving dinner and the next few days after becasue of all those yummy turkey sandwiches. my least favorite is also sweet potatoes with that nasty marshmellow topping. whoever thought of that should be shot. they're probably all ready dead since this recipe has been around for some time, but still, they should be shot. pumpkin pie is one of my least favorite items as well. i know most of you LOVE it, but it just doesn't taste good to me at all. i forgot to add cranberry sauce to my least favorite poll. that is right up there with the sweet potatoes for me.
