Okay, so i'm at dadi's shop watching the store for a little while while he runs to best buy to see if they can recover some of our stuff from our dead computer. it's the hard drive so i'm a little nervous. the sucky thing is that i just loaded all of my pictures on to shutterfly.com from the entire year, but when they uploaded, they weren't in cronological order so it was too hard for me to do my year book journal that i do each year so i decided to erase the entire album on shutterfly and start over again just down loading a few pictures at a time and journaling them as i go. right after this, the computer dies and now i'm afraid that i might not be able to recover any of my pictures from the entire year of 2007. if they can't recover them at best buy, i'm so screwed (pardon my french, but that is the best description). i make year books each year and last year was such an important year in moma's life, first steps, first birthday, etc. i have been obsessing about this computer thing since last week when it died on us. i even wake up in the middle of the night with my heart pounding thinking "what if they can't recover my pictures?". i know you should always burn them to a disk, but i'm retarded and didn't. i have definately learned my lesson on that one though and i will be burning all my photos onto disks from now on. i can't believe i can possibly lose an entire years worth of pictures. oh, it makes me sick just thinking about it. i feel like i want to cry. anyways, i just hope they can recover those pictures and i am kicking myself for deleting them in shutterfly last week.
so today is presidents day and i'm hoping that no one comes into the shop for any nuts or bolts. i don't know what the heck i'm doing and i'm all by myself. if some one comes in, i will call dadi and have him guide me to the correct item in the warehouse. SCARY!!!
This week has been very stressful... i am feeling better as far as my stomach goes and i think i'm over the worst of the morning sickness/all day sickness. but, i'm still exhausted. it's horrible. i just can't seem to get enough sleep and every night around 6:30 i start thinking about my bed. i always push myself until at least 8:30 before i hit the sack. but i'm just so tired. this kid is taking a lot out of me. i sure hope it's not a sign of things to come from him. yikes. on friday night, i went to dinner with the ladies from church. i had a nice time considering i was the only one there under the age of sixty!! it was still fun though. on the way home, i had to stop off at the grocery store and get some milk. when i got out of the car, i started feeling this pain in my stomach right above my belly button. it hurt pretty bad and i had a hard time at the store. when i put my hand on the spot that was hurting, i noticed i had a bump about the size of a walnut shell sticking out of my belly right above my belly button. it hurt when i pushed on it. so i called my doctors office to speak with one of their after hours nurses. they spoke with the doctor and called me back and said that it could be a prenancy induced hurnia (sp?) so they said to take it easy and if it was still hurting me on saturday to go to the doctors to have them look at it. i came home and showed dadi and had him feel the bump on my tummy. it was freaky. so the next morning, when i woke up, it seemed to feel better but still hurt if i touched it or bumped my belly on something. it got worse as i went through the day. so i've just been taking it really easy these past couple of days and not doing much. it's still bothering me a little bit, but not as much as that first night. i have a doctors appointment tomorrow afternoon so i'm just going to have them take a look at it then and see if i just pulled a muscle or if it is a hurnia. i don't even know what they could do for the hurnia until after the baby is born. i'm pretty scared since i have a long way to go in the pregnancy and my belly's going to be getting much bigger in the mean time.
saturday night we went to my dad's house for a birthday celebratation. his birthday is on the 10th and his wifes is on valentines day. so we went over there and i made some cup cakes for them. it worked out nicely because i could bring the left over cup cakes to the girls on sunday to eat during my lesson. the dinner at my dad's house was good and we got to tell them that we're having a little baby boy. they were pretty excited about it and gave each other high fives.
sunday i woke up with a terrible head ache (happening so much with this pregnancy) so i came down stairs, took some medicine and went back up to lay down while dadi watched moma for me. i thought i had only been up there for about an hour or so but i must have fallen asleep because when i rolled over to look at the time, it was 11:30!! church starts at 11:30. so i rushed around and got ready and we got there just in time to teach our lessons but we definately missed sacrament meeting.
sunday night, we just hung out and didn't do much. i'm just trying to take it easy so that i don't disturb my tummy. it seems like the more stuff i do, the more it begins to hurt. hopefully the doctor can shed some light on what the heck it is. i remember when i was pregnant with moma i would feel these weird stretching pains in my lower belly but it never hurt like this and you definately couldn't feel anything poking out. i told the new relief society president in the ward what was happening as we passed in the halls and she made me feel a lot better. she was just like "okay, if it's a hurnia, you're going to need help with moma and your house, so you just let me know and we'll help you" that really provided a lot of comfort. i hate to ask for help or put people out, so it was very nice for her to recognize that i was freaking out a little and offer the help. i really like to do things on my own but if it is a hurnia, i just don't know how i will cope with everything. moma weighs 33 pounds right now so i know lifting her wouldn't be good. anyways, this has been a really stressful week for me and i'm hoping that this week is better. it seems like all of my friends and family are going through some type of traumatic situation right now. it's so hard when you're going through your own stress and then worrying a ton about all your friends and families stress on top of that. we should really take turns on our stressful times. it would be much easier to give support to one another when you're not in the middle of freaking out yourself.

I see why you have been trying to call me. I hope everything is okay. You will be in our prayers and thoughts. And don't worry about us silly! I'm sure we are one of those that you are worrying about. . . Take care of yourself and I also hope your computer is able to be fixed and you can get your pictures. Talk to you soon (I hope).
I hope you feel better soon. I can't believe moma is 33 pounds! I think Ryley is about 31 or so. Hopefully you don't have to carry her that much.
Hi Cory, Sorry to hear about all the worries! I'm also sorry to miss the girl's night! I promise that I'll go next time. The thing about your pictures is so scary!! I hope you can get them all back! :)
Hi Cory, that picture stuff is scary!
Let me know if you need any help with that... my brother is a computer guy... I hope the pics are recovered... also since you've already been digital scrapbooking you should check out Heritage Makers (the company i'm a consultant for) and tell me what you think. I think you'd love it!
p.s. we left pretty quick after church last week, so your sunglasses are still in our car. Is there a good time to stop by or should I wait till Sunday?
