Weekend and housewives

This weekend was super lazy. yesterday morning i woke up feeling really terrible. i don't think it was pregnancy related, but i'm not sure. i wasn't sick to my stomach or anything. i was just super tired and felt like i was going to pass out from being so exhausted. So at 10:30 am, i was laying on the couch with dadi and asked if i could go upstairs to lay down. next thing i knew, it was 4:30 in the evening. i had slept for 6 hours straight!!! i was kind of upset about it because it was a beautiful day and i feel like i totally wasted it but i really wasn't feeling right. i was worried that i wouldn't be able to go to sleep at night, but i went right to bed at 9:30 and slept until 7:00. i still wasn't feeling right today and neither was dadi. we were super lazy and we totally ditched church. it wasn't really on purpose though. time just got away from us and next thing we knew, it was too late. i feel bad about it because i didn't get a sub for my class. hopefully they managed. i'm a loser. Anyways, something really funny happened to my dad this weekend. i'll share the story and post pictures when i get them from him......
every year for the past couple of years, my dad, his wife and another couple who share birthdays around this time go on a birthday weekend trip to vegas. my dad's friend is super rich and actually owns his own plane so the fly out there on it. so this weekend, they went to vegas. his friend told him that some other couples would be joining them. so my dad gets on the plane and notices the other couple. there is a man in his forties that you can just tell has tons of money and his wife is blonde and beautiful but you can tell she's had some work done (nose job and boob job) so he tells me that the guy is in real estate development and they get to know each other on the plane. well, when they land in las vegas, they all get off the plane and tons of people start rushing up towards my dad and his group and run straight to this couple that they have just met asking for autographs. so my dad is like "what the heck is going on?" he didn't realize it, but the other couple on the plane in his group are lauri and george peterson. otherwise known as lauri and george from the real housewives or orange county reality show on bravo. it is a show that i have watched since the begining. i haven't missed a single eposide and lauri is my favorite housewife from the show. all the rest of them are crazy. she's the least crazy of the bunch. anyways, so the whole weekend, my dad has people crowding around him and his friends and treating them like celebrities. i thought it was so funny. i told him to get lots of pictures so that i can post it on my blog and to tell lauri that she's my favorite from the show.
i was just laughing so hard about the whole thing because i can just imagine my dad and his wife on the plane chit chatting with this couple thinking that they are just normal people like him and his wife, but then they get off the plane and everyone starts freaking out asking for autographs and my dad and his wife are like "what the heck??". they had no idea that they were famous. it's so funny. so when i get the pictures, i will post them for you all to see. if you have the bravo channel, i highly recommend watching the real housewives of orange county. the season just ended but i'm sure you can see reruns!!
