Update:

so this is an update from my post this morning. moma got sick again this evening. not sure what the deal was. she was just fine and playing one second and then i heard some gurgling and went to see if the baby had spit up. just as i turn around the corner, moma throws up right in my direction at my feet. i grab her and run her to the toilet, but she only made about half of it in. what a mess!! i have no idea why she would get sick so far apart from each other. i think that's weird. i mean usually when you have the stomach flu, you barf and barf until you can't any more. but she just threw up once last night and once this evening. i really hope she does not get sick again. my back is doing a lot better right now, but dealing with a sick kid and cleaning up vomit is not something i want to do tonight!!! not that i would want to do it any other night, but especially not tonight after having such a bad back for a few days. I'm seriously doing so much better though. now it's only a dullish pain in my back and worsens with movement where last night, i thought i was going to break in half. it hurt so much. mister studly was asking me what my pain level is tonight and i told him that last night it was at a 9 1/2 on my pain scale with delivering thumper as the worst at a 10 (moma's epidural worked where thumpers did not and it went super fast at the end so it was very strong and hurt-y) so it was pretty bad last night. today I'm at a five, so it's bearable but still not fun. on Thursday night, mister studly's brother "m" asked me what was wrong when he saw me hobbling and ooh-ing and ahh-ing and i told him that my sciatic nerve was hurting. he said that when his sciatic nerve was acting up, it was the worst pain he had ever been in and he's had a lot of surgeries and broken bones and such. so mister studly was a little more sympathetic to me than normal after hearing his brother explain how horrible sciatic nerve pain is. mister studly has never experienced it before and i hope he never does. it's awful. i had a lot of trouble with it while i was pregnant with thumper but nothing like what i experienced last night. i really think that me sitting in the car for so long is what did me in. i never want to feel that again!! OUCHIEMAMA!!
