Ladies Night and More Pics

Here's a picture of thumper. i went to get him out of the back of the car the other day and he had fallen asleep on the ride home. his little bottom lip was shoved so far out it was adorable and i had to take a picture.

Here's my boy. I love this picture because it looks like he's grabbing his stomach saying "oh I'm so fat!! where did this gut come from?"

I made a dessert for my dad and step mom for their birthdays. i made little pie shells (from scratch) then poured melted chocolate in the bottom, filled them with fresh strawberries and plopped whipped cream on top. they were pretty good.

On Valentines day, moma and i made big valentines cards for mister studly.

A couple weeks ago, I made some bread and brought it over to our new neighbors. It was lemon cranberry bread. Hopefully it was good!! It looked good.

Last night, my mom, sister and i went to the cheap movies and out to dinner. my mom paid and it was so fun. We couldn't all agree on a movie to see and none of us really cared. we we kept going back and forth and neither of us could decide which one. so the guy at the counter got fed up and just said "ill just give you tickets for one of the movies and you guys can pick later" i said "yeah, we're totally annoying and you just want us to leave huh?" he just laughed. there wasn't anyone behind us in line. it was funny. so we ended up seeing yes man. i thought it was going to be dumb but for only $1.75 it would be worth it. it was really funny and we were cracking up. i even snorted a couple times. we ate baja fresh. i love baja fresh. i had two grilled fish tacos. so delicious. after dinner we had some time before the movie to kill so we shopped. the movie theater is in the mall. so we were looking around doing some shopping and this guy was straightening hair at one of those little carts in the middle of the mall. we had time to kill so we watched him and it really worked GREAT. it was a super expensive hair straightener. i have always wanted a really nice one that would get my hair super flat and shiny but i can never afford them. it was $200.00 for the straightener. yeah right!! so he said it was half off. I'm sure it's always "half off" but whatever. well, my mom said she would buy it for me if i paid her back in monthly installments. i said okay and we talked the guy down to 80 bucks. I would never spend that much normally but i thought if i could swing a few bucks month to pay my mom back, it would be worth it. plus mister studly like super straight hair and my straightener just doesn't do that good of a job. i got home and tried it out and my hair looked so beautiful!! mister studly was excited. he said it was so smooth and shiny and he loved it. i think he was sceptical at first but once he saw the results he was like "whoa baby!!" then this morning, my lovely mom emailed me and said that i didn't have to pay her back and she just bought it for me! isn't that cool? so now i have this awesome hair straightener and I'm going to look so hot all the time!

I mean... I'm going to look even more hot than i already am all the time.
