Bleh....
I've gained a lot of weight. 19 lbs to be exact! I had to change my weight loss ticker. I'm back dieting and exercising so I'm hoping to lose lots of weight over the next year or so. I have been really busy lately and just forgetting to eat. Then when I do eat, I pig out like there's no tomorrow. This does not work for me. Even though when I eat, I am not consuming the daily allowance of calories my body just stores it all up because I starve myself the entire rest of the time. It's a really bad way to eat. It just makes me gain gain gain. I also changed my goal weight by 10 less pounds. I want to lose more weight than what I originally put. I want to be hot again. I'm just luke warm right now. Wish me luck.

Good luck!!!!! I hate putting on weight cause it's so hard to take off again! And you're right, it's bad to eat that way! Small meals more often, but then it's like a full-time job and you're already a full-time mama and you've been working really hard lately helping Mr. Studly! You can do it!
I hate gaining back weight I worked so hard to lose! I'm once again trying to lose that weight. It's so frustrating. Good luck!
