The Weekend

Hi there! Well, we had a nice weekend. Saturday my sister and I went to the swap meet. I bought a shirt to wear at MoMa's birthday party (next week!!) It's a cute purple tank top that has Hawaiian flowers on it and I'm wearing a white shirt underneath so i don't look like a hoochie mama!! I am making a flower clip to wear in my hair. All going along with the Hawaiian theme, of course. Her party is going to be so much fun, but i have a lot of work to do this week to get ready for it. I still need to pull out my Luau decorations from the garage and see exactly what I have. Hopefully I have some good stuff!! I can't remember . Dadi recorded with his band all day long yesterday. He didn't get home until 8:00 at night! So i didn't get to see him too much this weekend. Anyway, I wasn't feeling too well this morning. I was sooooo tired so after I woke up and saw that Dadi was taking care of Moma for me, I went back to sleep and slept until 11:45!! That's nuts, but i really needed it. I have been feeling really tired lately so i was happy to be able to go back to sleep. I've also been working all weekend long. I worked for 8 hours, which doesn't sound like a lot but the files I had, made it feel so much longer. They were horrible. I feel like my office picked out the worst files of the bunch and gave them all to me. I know that's not what they did (i hope), but it sure did feel like it.
So, Dadi just popped his head in and said he is tired and is going to bed! It's only 8pm!! What the heck! So i slept all morning and didn't get to be with him and then worked all day long, now he is going to bed when i just finished my work! That's not very fun for me!! Well, he had to take care of Moma practically all day by himself since I was working and sleeping so maybe that's why he's so tired. At least he knows what it's like for me everyday all day long. Don't get me wrong, he's really good with her and takes care of her a lot, but not all day long like today. She must have wiped him out. So now, she's asleep and he's asleep and I'm going to go and watch t.v by myself. :( At least I'll have control of the remote!! Woooo Hoooo!!
