fun day

so today i'm organizing some of momas clothes that she has grown out of. it is a lot of work. she has so many hand me downs and i'm so grateful for them, but it was a lot of work for me this morning. sheesh! so, i woke up to a massive ant trail this morning. it was not fun. i didn't have any ant spray so i went to walmart first thing and bought some. then i came home and killed them all and i don't feel guilty about it either. if you have seen my house you'll know how bad this is... they came from a hole in the wall at the top if the stairs all the way down the stairs down the wall on the kitchen floor, up the dishwasher on the counter and into a Wendy's bag that my sister had eaten last night. i left it on the counter and didn't throw it away. last time i do that. especially with the heat. we haven't had much problems with ants since we've lived here. usually we will get some when it rains, but this was ridiculous! i can't believe how quick they are to go all that way just since last night. it's nuts!! i hate ants. crickets, spiders, no problem, but ants are little stinkers! so that took up a lot of my morning cleaning those things up and then i organized the clothes. i have some cleaning to do, but i needed to take a little break during moma's nap. i needed some "me" time. i'm going to a shower tonight for one of the girls at church. she is having a boy and i've got a blanket for her and some diapers and pjs. this is her fourth kid. anyways, it should be a fun time tonight. i love all the girls from church so it will be fun to get together with them. i think we are getting Disneyland passes so i'm very excited about that. they are pretty cheap if you get the select package. it doesn't let you go on weekends, but i wouldn't want to go when it's crowded anyways. so this way i can go with moma for a few hours during the week and then again at night with dadi for date night. i love the rollercoaster California screamin. such fun. i know a lot of people that have passes too so i can join them at d-land with our kids. alright, i need to go back to work around this place. i'm not looking forward to it. why can't i be rich and just have some one to do all my cleaning and laundry for me? it seems to never end!!! have a great day!!
