Monday is Funday

I woke up early and did some laundry, showered, fed the mutts and watered the plants. then i gave Moma a bath and we headed out for my moms house to pick her up so we could go to Disneyland. We had a nice time there and went on a few rides that moma had never been on before. She danced like a maniac again in the tiki room and on small world. the longest line we waited in was the line for the tram that takes you from the parking structure to the park. it was awful. we must have waited a half hour for that. luckily, the people in front of us were getting annoyed as well so when the tram came and they were able to get on, they took pity on us and squeezed us in the with them. we were super thankful since moma was getting restless. before we got on the tram, my mom took her out of the stroller and was walking around with her. for some reason, she decided to make kissy faces at the tram driver as he was pulling up to get a load of people. it was cute. i guess she thought he was a handsome dude or something. so my mom got a pass to Disneyland so that she can go with us again. it's so expensive to go there now. it's 83 (i think) bucks for an adult ticket to enter both parks for 1 day. what the heck!! that's ridiculous. it's worth it just to buy the season pass. as long as you go twice, you've paid for it. so we went on buzz light year and i totally kicked my moms butt. but she had never gone on it before so i had the advantage. for those of you that have never been on it, you have a laser gun and you shoot targets during the ride. it keeps your score on the dash board of the ship you're in. we also went on the carousel and some other fun ones. we couldn't go on haunted mansion because it was closed down since they are turning it into the nightmare before Christmas. i like it when it's decorated like that. it will be fun to go with dadi once it opens up when they're all done. i was so tired when i got home, that i took a nap along with moma. it was soooooo nice. i could have slept all day.
okay... two funny things about moma that i need to share...
#1- she loves playing the harmonica. she started playing it this morning and hasn't stopped. also, Jedi likes to howl along which is really amusing.
#2- for some reason, she cannot say the word "bath" and what comes out of her mouth is a really bad swear word. I'll just give you a hint... it starts with an "f". you know which one I'm talking about. so last night we went over to our friends house and there were 8 adults sitting around the table. i had told the hostess about her little potty mouth and so after dinner she asked moma to say "bath" so of course, moma says "f" perfectly and everyone started dying with laughter. we tried to get her to say it again, but dadi came and took her away saying that we were a bad influence to her. i don't know why she cusses so much. so many of her words sound like swear words. i just want to be clear that she definitely does not get it from us!!

so those are my funny things to share. tomorrow, i have a doctors appointment in the early morning for my hearing. i have been having a tough time hearing the t.v. and stuff lately and i have had to turn up the volume so high it's driving dadi crazy. i am also misinterpreting things all day long and dadi is getting frustrated with me all the time. so we'll see what they say tomorrow.
