REHAB

So i've decided that i'd like to go to rehab so i can be popular like every other star out there right now. not that i'm a star, but i want to be like the stars so i think rehab sounds like a good idea. every one is in rehab or just came out of rehab or should go to rehab. it's ridiculous. amy winehouse who had a song about not going to rehab is in rehab now, kirsten dunst is in rehab, eva mendez is in rehab, some guy from grey's anatomy is in rehab. what is going on here? don't drink, don't do drugs. simple as that. even though you're in hollywood and it's more available to you, you can still say no to it. you don't have to do it. duh!! i just don't understand it. i was around drugs a lot as a teenager ( i was not LDS at the time) yet, i am proud to say that i never once even tried pot or any other drug out there. i did drink alcohol and smoked which i am not proud of, but drugs never appealed to me. i was around them a lot but never had the urge to try anything. in fact, i was the one saying "get your mouth away from that bong!!" to my best friend on more than one occasion. with all of the "just say no" classes i took in elementry school and jr high, i was afraid to try drugs. i didn't want to die or become addicted. i just don't understand why so many stars are taking things they shouldn't and why is rehab now like the cool thing to do. it's so lame. i'm happy that they are getting help for themselves, but i just wish they could have been smart enough to not get into it in the first place. drugs are for slugs!
