So moma has still been a little grouchy though it's nowhere near how it was on Saturday and Sunday. she has her moments. i was unable to believe that it was her terrible two's creeping up on us. there was just no way that she could be such a pain overnight. there just had to be another reason. so today she let me check way back inside her mouth and my suspicions were confirmed.... she is getting her 2 year molars. all i have to say is "thank goodness!!". i was so scared that she was being a brat for no reason. in the past, she has been a really good teether and hasn't been too grouchy or uncomfortable, but this time, i think it is hurting her. she has also started crying a few times while eating food this past week and i thought she had bitten her tongue, but now i think that she may have chomped down on something and irritated her new teeth coming in. I'm just so happy that she has a legitimate reason for being a grouch.
so today i was so tired from lack of sleep last night that i decided to lay in bed with moma and watch cartoons. she did pretty well and just let me relax though she did stick her feet in my face a couple of times and say "feet stinky!" and crack up at herself. it was when i was about to doze off so I'm glad she decided to stick her feet in my face to keep me awake. after we watched TV, i decided that we needed to shower/bathe and get ready for the day so we did. i was putting on my make up in the mirror and she was playing in the tub. when i looked over at her, she had my razor and was shaving her face with it!!! like a dummy, i had left it on the ledge of the tub. not only was she shaving her face, but she was using the right side (the one with the blades on it!) and going up and down her cheeks really fast. i gasped and flung myself over to the tub to get it from her. luckily i didn't scare her and she didn't cut herself. she had no cuts on her face and i checked her eyebrows to make sure they were both still there (they were). it's terrible but i would rather have had her cut her cheek than shave off one of her eyebrows. it's horrible to admit that, but come on?? how do you explain an eyebrow that's gone missing on a two year old?? it'd be easier to explain a scratch on her cheek than a shaved off eyebrow. so after the bath and everything, i decided that i needed to get out of the house even though her nap time was approaching. i felt like we needed to get out of here. so i called my sister and asked if she wanted us to come and pick her up and go to Mc Donald's for lunch and play in the play area with moma. we picked her up and the two of them had a blast playing together. at one point, my sister took a break and let moma play by herself. she climbed way way up high and then got scared and started crying because she couldn't figure out how to get down. her legs wouldn't touch the next step (by about 1/4 inch) so she didn't have the guts to just let go because she wasn't sure how far down the next step was. my sister had to crawl up through the maze and help her down. I'm so glad for my sister. there was no way i could have gotten in there. not with this gigantic belly!!! back at my sisters house, i decided to bare my belly to her and show her exactly how big it is getting. it was pretty disgusting sight if i do say so myself. i told my sister that i should go around to high schools and expose my belly and say "this is what you will look like if you have sex!!" that would surely scare the sexual desire out of them! ha! i think my belly is just about as big as when i went into labor with moma though i have two months left until my due date. that's a little scary. i don't weigh as much as i did when i had her (still have twenty pounds to go), but my belly sure is getting huge. it could be the muscle weakness from my hernia that is just letting everything fall out instead of keeping in all in nice and tight. the muscle weakness used to be the size of my fist, but now it's the size of a football. dadi saw it the other day as i leaned back to lay down in bed and he freaked. it's huge and kind of scary looking but that's just where my my muscles are weakened from having moma and not the actual hernia part which would be the tear in the muscle. that part is smaller (so far). luckily i don't have any new stretch marks so far, but I'm just waiting for them to appear. now that i said that, I'll probably wake up tomorrow with like fifty of them. my skin is so badly stretch marked from moma. i wish i had that good skin that didn't get them, but i don't. oh, and that cocoa butter, whatever, is a crock of poop. i have had three doctors tell me that it's just how your skin is and my family does not have good skin for stretching. we all have them no matter how much cream we've applied. so there. it all depends on your skins elasticity not how much butter you rub all over yourself. it's a myth! sorry to burst your bubble but i tell it like it is.

I know, the molars are so hard for them, they are big and not pointy to help them get through. Jeremy is getting his 6 year molars, what? I can't believe he's that old! Anyway, his gums were sore and swollen too, poor kids!
I have to agree with the shaved eyebrow comment. I probably would have hoped for the same thing.
My sister did the same thing when she was that age! She took my grandma's razor from the tub and rubbed it sideways on her tongue. That was a bad cut! Soo gross too.
