Pictures

Okay... here i am on Thanksgiving trying to look all Martha Stewart. The funny thing about this picture is that i made everything except the stuffing yet this picture was taken right before i put the stuffing in the oven so it looks like I'm trying to take credit for something i didn't do. oops!
Here are my rolls rising. I made them all by my self and I'm very proud. i ave never made home made rolls before except Bisquick and those don't count since you just add milk or whatever.

Here's all the desserts. we basically had way too many desserts. i mean... we only had 11 people but we had enough dessert for 30!!

On Friday, we pulled out the old fake tree and decorated it. I really can't stand fake trees but we're going to get a real one at our house and decorate it when we get home even though we are not going to be home on Christmas. that's how important they are to us. we will probably just get a smaller one though. like a 4-5 foot instead of the usual 6-7 footer.

After decorating the tree we had the kids work on a little art project that i had bought for them at Michael's. it was really cute. they were sparkly Christmas trees with stick on snow and ornaments. the kids had fun.

So after like 5 zillion years, i finally finished our stockings. a few years ago, i started making them but only finished mister studly's and moma's. i never did mine and i always had the intentions of completing a couple more and then just adding the names to them when i popped out more kids. well.... here it was two years later and still not done so i found the time today to sit down and work on them and i got them all done!!! i blocked out moma's name since I'm anonymous here and i need to buy the letters for thumpers name. Mine has Christmas trees with jewels on them as ornaments and thumpers has holly leaves with jingle bells as the berries.
CUTIE PATOOTIE!!

Today we just relaxed. the kids must have known that we were leaving tomorrow because moma and her cousin acted like maniacs playing together tonight. I'm sad because they were playing so well but it took them all week to play like that. i mean they played pretty good the rest of the week, but tonight they were just so happy and fun. they were running through the house like maniacs and screaming at the top of the lungs but it was really cute.
Okay, that's it.. tomorrow we make the long journey home. YUCK! i really don't want to drive that far especially because we are turning around and doing it again in less that 4 weeks! what the heck man?? it's great once we get here but the drive is poopy!
Okay... hope you like the pictures. Thanks for reading!

Tons of dessert - that's the way to go! Good job on the rolls!
