Twilight, the second time around and poop ornament

So on Wednesday night, i went to see the movie twilight again with my sister. if you remember from my previous posts, she had tickets to see it with me on opening night but at the last minute had to go to meeting for school so she wasn't able to go and had to give her ticket away. so i made her wait to see it with me when our schedules worked out. it took a while, but we finally made it to see the movie. we had a girls night just the two of us on Wednesday night. we went to dinner at Daphne's Greek cafe and then to the movie. it was SOOOOOOOOOOOOO much better the second time around. i really enjoyed it. the first time i saw it, i just picked it apart the whole time thinking "wait.... that didn't happen yet?" or "hey, they left this part out!" so this time, i just got to sit back and relax and watch the movie without my head getting in the way. it was really good. i totally enjoyed it more the second time around. i encourage you to watch it again. especially if you thought the first time was sort of on the lame side like i did. it also helped my sister because i kept telling her to not get too excited and to have low expectations. it worked because she went in with such low expectations that she was pleasantly surprised.
anyways, after i got home from the movies, i started making cookies for mister studly to deliver to his clients. i got a few batches done and then went to bed. then i started baking again first thing in the morning. i baked and baked until i had to leave to watch the shop for him so he could go and deliver the goodies. i made 16 dozen cookies!!! i made sugar cookies, peanut butter blossoms, oatmeal chocolate chip, regular chocolate chip and white chocolate chip with macadamia nuts. moma stole a couple of them as i was trying to get them all organized. sneaky little thing!! oh, i know that 16 dozen is a lot of cookies but i want to share with you what a pain it was because i only had ONE cookie sheet. i think i left my other one at my moms house a million years ago and never remembered to get it from her. so i had to put cookies in the oven 16 times!!! that's a lot of baking!! it was fun though. i like making cookies. it's my favorite thing to bake.
today we are going to Disneyland after mister studly gets home from work and kids are napped. i think it's going to be pretty packed, but we want to see it all decorated for Christmas. so if we don't get to go on too many rides, i won't be sad. we mainly just want to see it all fixed up for Christmas.
tomorrow is my moms Christmas party. it's an appetizer and dessert party so i'm making 7 layer dip (actually, it's going to be 8 layers but whatever) and can you guess what dessert I'm going to make to bring????? can you say "cookies"??
it should be fun. we have a funny Christmas ornament exchange every year. we try to find the weirdest/ugliest ornament and then do an exchange. then we get to steal it three times and all that stuff. it's really funny. it's kind of a game to see who ends up with the worst ornament. last year, we had a couple really funny ones. we had some super ugly ones and a reindeer taking a poop. one year, mister studly made the ornament and we're going to bring it back this year. he bought a piece of fake poop and drilled a hole into it and then put a hook on it a few years ago. it was so funny. this year, we're bringing it back, but I'm gluing googlie eyes on it. i want to put a Santa hat on it too but i don't think i can find one small enough and i don't really want to make one. i actually have the fabric for it, so maybe i will make one tomorrow if i feel like it.

update: okay.... i just made it. i was doing an art project with moma and had the glue out so i decided to make it. here's my masterpiece.......
it's old st. poop......

so that's it around here. just been busy. can't wait for Christmas!!!
here's the poem i made for the inviatation to my moms party tomorrow....

Are you ready to party? It’s almost time.
So get ready and listen to another lame rhyme.
We’re having a party at Teena’s abode.
Aren’t you excited? We’re gonna explode!
We’ll do the usual ornament exchange.
Let’s make them funny and sort of strange.
We’ll have some fun and good food to eat.
So bring an appetizer or a yummy treat.
Let Cory know what you will be bringing.
So we don’t end up with all the same thing-ing.
Get ready for fun and some holiday cheer!
And for the alcoholics, bring your own beer.

my family memebers are drinkers...not all, but most.
