Finally- Breaking Dawn!!!
I finally finished breaking dawn. as some of you know, i wanted to re-read all the books before starting this one. my goal was to read all three books before i had thumper, then read breaking dawn during those late night feedings the first month. ummmm yeah. that didn't happen. thumper is almost 6 months old and i JUST finished it!! anyways, i really loved it!! there were some thing's that i did not like and would love to discuss them so i will let you all discuss in the comments section with me and for those of you that have not read the book yet, do not read the comments!! okay... on to post more details in the comments section.

every one said there was so much sex and was all freaked out by it. i was surprised when i read it and found that there wasn't really all that much sex.
bella is a vampire now. it's funny because i wanted this for so long and then when it happened, i was sort of disappointed. like i think i liked the fact that edward didn't want her to be a vampire because he hates what he is and didn't want that for her. that's true love right there because he knew he was going to lose her someday but it was a sacrifice he was willing to make so that she would not be a "monster" like him. so i'm torn on the whole bella being a vampire thing. i wish it could have gone on longer with her just being bella. obviously the book would have been WAY different if that were the case. there were a couple predictable parts like when alice left. i totally knew that she would come back and save the day at the very end. i'm glad jacob imprinted. i was sick of him and his lust for bella. get over it dude. She belongs with edward!! and renesme? why did she have to name her renesme? horrible, horrible name. sorry if you think it's wonderful and want to name your children after it. it's awful in my opinion and i hated the way it sounded in my head when i would read it in the book. i liked how bella had a sheild that was cool. i wish i had a shield!! i can't think of anything more right now, but i know i'm leaving out some really important stuff. oh, one more thing. normally i like the happy endings in books, but one thing that i thought was a little bit off was the fact that charlie was just like "okay, so you're some type of weird super natural thing now. no biggie!" i thought she could have made that part of the story better. like have him be really scared for awhile or have something big happen with him. it just seemed a little corny to me to have charlie just be like "la la la- don't tell me anything"
okay so please... discuss.. or has it been too long and now you have to go and re-read the book because you've forgotten?
I agree with you about the name Renesme. I didn't like how it sounded when I read it either so I ended up making up my own name for her that didn't sound so horrible.
