On the sixth day of our trip, we went to diamond Head and hiked to the top. About half way there, I took a rest on a bench because I needed some water. it was a hot day! Then when I stood back up, I had a pain in my belly. It was my hernia. I got kind of scared but after a few minutes it stopped hurting and we hiked to the top. It was a beautiful view.
