And now for this weeks I Heart Hump Days
#1-Revlon ColorSilk Hair Color
I am so thankful for hair dye. I would be a grey haired old woman if it had never been invented. My hair is getting so grey (like really.... I'm not one of those ladies that says that when they see their first grey hair and freak out. I've had grey since I was 17 and it's just getting really bad lately). I like that it makes it look like I have natural highlights in my hair after I dye it, but I hate when it starts to grow out and all my grey shows. There's a lot of it. Trust me. That's why I'm so thankful for this brand of hair color. I can get it for 99 cents a box!! It goes on sale at Walgreens all the time for $1.99 and I often get coupons for it as well so I always stock up. It's wonderful.
#2- My New Cupcake Couriers
They have come in handy recently. I love how the part that you place the cupcake inside is nice and deep to where the cupcake won't tip over but short enough so that when you need to get a cupcake out, you don't ruin the pretty frosting. My mom bought two of them for me and they're awesome!!
#3- Pearl Jam
I love Pearl Jam. I always have. Their newest album is really great and I think has two of my all time favorite songs on there. Not to mention a whole lot of other good ones. I started listening to them when I was 12. I'm 30 now so that tells you how long they have been in my life. I love them and I love their music. They have seen me through the best of times and the worst of times. I have my "Bad Day" songs that I crank up and I swear it changes my mood instantly. I love them. When my kids were little, I would often sing Pearl Jam songs to them. Not nursery songs or church songs, but Pearl Jam. When Moma was in my tummy, I would crank up some PJ while on my way to work and she would move around like a maniac inside there. I remember thinking "Oh... I like this kid already!"
Anyways, I love them.
#4- WinCo
Yep, I love a grocery store. I wish there was one closer to my house but there isn't. Maybe that's a good thing actually. They have the BEST sales and I love their bulk food section. It's awesome. I went to visit my grandparents yesterday and they have one where they live so I took my Nana there. I got some really great deals. The only problem I see when shopping there is my lack of funds. I would love to just spend like $1000.00 there one day and come home with an entire years worth of food storage for my family. Yesterday I got Ragu on sale for 98 cents a jar!! and Cake Mixes for 78 cents a box. I also got a bunch of canned black beans for 68 cents. I'm actually not familiar with canned bean prices so I don't know if this is a smokin deal or not but it sounded good so I got 6 cans. (We have a salsa recipe that we love. It's super simple. They served it at Moma's school and it was delicious. All you do is open a can of black beans and a can of corn (drain them) and then dump some salsa in a bowl along with the corn and black beans and it's soooo good!! I highly recommend it. So simple, yet really tasty)
As soon as I'm done with this post, I'm going to email WinCo and ask them to put a store near me.
Do you think Heavenly Father will answer my prayers if I pray to have a WinCo put in by my house?
#5- Magic Erasers
These things are AWESOME!!! I haven't wiped down my walls, doors and cupboards for awhile and so I need to do that this week. Magic Erasers are the most awesome things ever. Especially when you have little kids that get their grimy paw prints everywhere. I use them to clean all my surfaces, like light switches, doors, walls, trim, base boards, appliances, cupboards, etc. It seriously IS Magic! I just turned my mom on to Magic Erasers and she is never going back. They're the coolest invention ever.
One little tip for you moms of little ones though... Not sure how true this story is but I thought I would mention it...I read once that a mom was using them with her little boy. He was watching her clean the walls and thought it looked like fun so she thought that she could put the little guy to work and gave him one as well. They both cleaned for awhile and the kid was having a fabulous time. But after a bit, his hands started to hurt and so his mother took a look at them. They were bright red and starting to peel. She called Mr Clean and he said (LOL) that they do have a chemical in them that isn't okay for little sensitive hands like our kids have. So just a word of warning.. if you're going to put your kids to work with a Magic Eraser, put some gloves on them first.

I think you should totally pray for a Winco. It's a very righteous desire to want to save money. Provident living is way popular in the church. Oh and the cheapest place I've found for black beans is Walmart. I think they're like 50 something cents a can.
I've been seeing more and more grays (white, actually) on my head - it's driving me crazy.
Maybe you could help me with the dying thing sometime.
um, Eddie Vedder is hotter than ever! I may have to go get their new album...
