We made it!

We made it. We've moved. I'm officially no longer a Californian. The drive was good. I was alone with the kids and kind of freaked to drive so far by myself but we did great. The kids were great. There were a couple of melt downs but that's to be expected when you're driving 10 hours straight!

So now we're here in Utah. We've started looking for homes and we're thinking the best bet is a new home. We can get one in our price range and in a neighborhood we like. We're still going over all the details. I will know more tomorrow. Anyways.... today was Father's Day and it was very low key. We're just so wiped out from packing and moving and driving and house hunting that today was kind of nice just sitting around doing nothing. The kids are LOVING living with their cousins. They're playing all day long and I have to admit it's pretty cool to see how wiped out they are by the end of the day. They're burning lots and lots of energy with them. 

Today I spent a few hours trying to figure out the whole coupon thing here. They don't do double coupons at any of the stores so that's kind of a bummer. I'm going to order up the paper and get started collecting my coupons so I'll have a good stash once I move into wherever it is we're going to end up. 

Mister Studly is still tying some things up with his warehouse so he'll be back and forth for the next month or two. I'm hoping he's able to come visit us as often as possible. It's going to be hard with him not here. I'm going to miss him and the kids will miss him.

Anyways, That's the haps around here. Just trying to figure things out and get settled.
